You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with senior leadership to achieve company targets and drive business growth. Your leadership and strategic vision will ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our clients and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the national sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and suppliers. Oversee the management of sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with senior management to refine business strategies and ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies as needed. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the sales team. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the food service or related industries. Strong track record of developing and executing national sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse market trends and data to make informed decisions. Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
