Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the entire operations of our company, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic growth, and the delivery of exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Oversee all aspects of residential construction operations, including project management, client relations, and team leadership. Oversee and help with the development of the efficient process for Truth Engine. Ensure financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive and innovative. About You: Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the residential construction industry, including managing and running a building company. Experience with Truth Engine is a plus. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of construction processes, financial management, and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive operational excellence. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in construction management and business operations software. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
