You are the Global Engagement Marketing Lead, Consumer Audience, responsible for driving key actions at moments that matter to drive funnel progression for people living with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). You will direct strategies and leverage technologies to educate, support and connect – inspiring consumers to take ever-deepening sleep health actions. You harness the power of tech experiences to drive behavioral change. You possess in-depth, expert knowledge of consumer health behaviors and healthcare consumer marketing. You are driven to create strong, emotional consumer connections leading to deeper brand engagement and loyalty. You’re passionate about the intersection of brands and technology and the ability to promote healthy behavior while motivating people to advocate for their healthcare needs. As a creative thinker, you are data-driven and customer-obsessed and envision a unified consumer journey across digital touchpoints, be it email, SMS, in-app, web or beyond. Your mission is to perfect the customer experience while increasing customer lifetime value for both prospective and current users. You know how to create a bridge between people’s health challenges and the human side of the healthcare business by infusing company values, brand culture and mission to build a deeper, more personal connection with your audience. You stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends that impact consumer marketing. You identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance product marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive adherence. As an inspirational leader, you anticipate business challenges and enjoy shaping and influencing strategic marketing plans with data-driven ideas and results-evoking work to meet global and regional objectives. Let’s talk about the role: Develop a deep understanding of the OSA consumer audience and their needs for nurturing given challenges of living with chronic sleep apnea. Translate this intimate consumer knowledge to tangible and actionable communications and programming, compelling people to take action while empowering to move forward in pursuit of better health. Identify customer pain points and brand differentiators, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization. Leverage marketing expertise to deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, and in the right channel, to drive tangible business results; responsible for marketing channel mix planning & prioritization. Design opportunities for customization and personalization through audience segmentation while defining success, taking into account user experience and broader OKRs. Foster alignment between marketing, product marketing, and product management teams to ensure cohesion. Provide visibility into marketing strategies, progress, and results to key stakeholders within the organization. Drive motivational tracking and coaching app uptake and ongoing engagement in support of adherence. Partner with digital marketing, creative, and other cross-function teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated, compliant lifecycle and campaign strategies to build trust and engagement, while improving overall adoption and driving internal process improvements. Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives by creating deep relationships with current and prospective CPAP users to maximize LTV. Inspire regional teams to adopt proposed lifecycle-building strategies while enabling leads to build country/region-specific community programming. Support consumer marketing efforts for pilots and experimentation in new areas within innovation and transformation teams including emerging areas and technologies, segments and partnerships. Let’s Talk About You: Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the technology sector. Deep consumer audience understanding along with behavioral changing know-how. Understanding of content marketing strategy and how to drive measurable impact. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully navigating cross-functional teams.
