About the Role As the Golf Services Team Leader, you will assist in the overseeing of the day-to-day operations of the Golf Services team, ensuring seamless service delivery and an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised individual with a passion for leadership, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the Golf Services team, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Oversee daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, golf cart set up & cleaning, concierge service, driving range ball collection and set up, member bookings, and pro shop sales. Deliver a high level of customer service to members, guests, and visitors. Assist with event coordination, including competitions, corporate days and special events. Monitor and maintain the golf cart fleet and equipment to the highest standard. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies. Collaborate with the Golf Executive to enhance the overall golf experience. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a golf services or similar role, with a strong understanding of golf operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Proficiency in golf management software and basic computer skills.
