This role will suit a recent graduate (marketing, commerce, analytics or similar) who has an interest in data and insights. Working with a highly collaborative and experienced team, you will enable clients to make data driven decisions that grow their business. Developing your understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours, you will help clients to win new shoppers and increase sales. Responsibilities Responding to general client enquiries Building and maintaining client relationships Assisting with analysing data and providing insights through storytelling Solving client briefs and providing actionable recommendations Providing technical support to clients on the use of Circana proprietary software Supporting with the generation of client quotes and shadow the billing process Overseeing the delivery of databases and reports Working with other internal teams at Circana to resolve any data integrity issues Requirements Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, analytics or similar preferred Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in order to meet strict deadlines Eagerness to learn Driven, curious and ambitious nature As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation.
