Salary range: $62,123 - $76,425 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model About the role: You will be part of the Court Ordered Team within Grants and Quality Assurance (GQA) responsible for administering and facilitating court ordered grants. In this role, you will be required to provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including legally aided clients, lawyers, Community Legal Centres and the Courts. This role involves the administration of court ordered grants to clients and allocation of those grants to lawyers across Victoria. This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. About you: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail. A team player who will work collaboratively and build strong relationships. A problem solver who can think laterally and acquire knowledge of the policies, and decision-making processes at VLA and apply that knowledge to a high volume of wide-ranging enquiries. Experience in data entry, reception, clerical or call centre work, or legal administration (highly desirable). General knowledge and understanding of legal systems and procedures, or experience working in a legal environment (highly desirable).
