FELLA is looking for a creative part-time Graphic Design & Social Media Creative to support our brand’s visual identity and digital presence. This role is perfect for someone with strong design skills and a passion for social media marketing, looking to work in a dynamic, fashion-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and publish digital assets across social media, email marketing (Klaviyo), and website content. Maintain and evolve the FELLA brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Create and curate visually compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. Manage and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, and reels. Work with external marketing agencies to ensure brand-aligned advertising campaigns. Design and build engaging email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, giveaways, and promotions. Provide designs for packaging, branded collateral, and lookbooks. Liaise with suppliers across packaging and product design. Analyse social media and email campaign performance to optimise engagement. Assist with photography and video editing for marketing materials. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of experience in graphic design. Social media or digital marketing experience is highly desired. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Klaviyo, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing. Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar). Understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and digital marketing trends.
