With major transformation projects underway—including the rollout of Workday (HRIS/ERP) and Donesafe (Safety Platform) - we need a highly motivated professional to drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure lasting success. What You'll Do Develop and execute strategic change management plans to support business transformation. Lead change impact assessments, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Partner with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver targeted, compelling messaging. Establish and embed change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the organisation. Coach leaders and key stakeholders to champion transformation and drive cultural shifts. Build a Change Champion Network to sustain transformation across all levels of the business. Design and implement training initiatives to enhance change capability within teams. Measure change adoption and refine strategies to optimise effectiveness. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading large-scale change and transformation programs. Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter). Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels. Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex change into clear, compelling messages. Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives. A data-driven mindset with experience tracking change adoption and resistance metrics.
