TFI is appointing a Group HR Manager – Operations to be based in Rose Park, Adelaide. This pivotal leadership role will oversee HR operations across multiple locations, partnering with local HR Managers to implement effective solutions across HR functions, processes and people management. The Group HR Manager - Operations will drive operational excellence by fostering continuous improvement, leveraging data insights and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. In addition, the role will focus on enhancing workforce capability, operational efficiency and ensuring organisational compliance. You will bring significant HR leadership experience in similar senior roles. You will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Commerce or Psychology, and adept at using HR analytics to optimise performance. With deep knowledge of HR compliance and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, you will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
