About You To succeed in this role, you will possess a university degree in Computer Science (or a related field) and have significant experience in technology solution design and implementation. Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes Required: Experience with cloud server technologies and familiarity with emerging technologies and a diverse range of IT systems. Experience with a wide range of networking technologies. Experience in application and system integration. Experience with OKTA or other identity federation solutions. Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices. Proven ability to manage multiple project activities of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Result-driven with keen attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership qualities, strategic planning experience, and stakeholder management skills. About The Role As the Group Manager IT Delivery, you will lead the successful management and delivery of technology projects across Journey Beyond businesses. You will coordinate technical activities in projects, collaborating with both internal and external resources to ensure project outcomes and timeframes meet expectations. This role will report to the Executive General Manager Technology and will have project teams reporting directly to them. Additionally, IT resources from other teams, such as Application Development, Salesforce, and Cyber Security, will contribute to the projects. Key responsibilities will include : Undertake requirement gathering, option analysis, request for proposal documentation, and proposal review. Prepare comprehensive documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Lead solution design and implementation tasks within projects. Manage project issues and risks effectively. Participate in project meetings and contribute insights on technology changes. Ensure minimal disruption to users and business operations during project rollouts, with proactive communication. Act as a role model within the team, promoting a positive, can-do attitude and customer focus.
