We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Senior Reward Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis! In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and embedding cutting-edge remuneration frameworks and reward programs that drive our business forward. Also, the role will focus on compensation administration, analysis and optimisation of Workday compensation modules and job architecture that are critical to the success of broader workforce transformation journey! As a Senior Reward Specialist, you will: Develop and review reward frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines that align with our bold business strategy and visionary goals. Work closely with our talented team to plan, design, and evaluate comprehensive employee reward programs, including competitive salaries, enticing incentives, and exceptional benefits. Support job evaluation activities, establish robust salary structures, and create compelling pay ranges and bonus schemes. Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to ensure Workday compensation configurations align with organizational requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of compensation structure and framework within Workday. Troubleshoot, test, and resolve Workday compensation module issues, working with HRIS and technical teams as needed. Prepare insightful market ratio analyses, interpret survey outcomes, and guide clients in understanding the findings. Keep abreast of the latest regulations and legislation influencing compensation and benefits to ensure our programs are always compliant and ahead of the curve. About you Advanced understanding of remuneration and benefits practices and concepts. Advanced proficiency in Workday Compensation module, including compensation data management, compensation cycle processing, and reporting. Advanced project management skills and analytical skills in remuneration with an ability to handle complex data sets and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment. Intermediate experience with general HR systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysing and presenting information. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
