Group Supply Chain Manager - Adelaide Based Acuity Partners is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Supply Chain Manager (Adelaide based role ) to join our clients team in this key leadership position. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and operational efficiency across manufacturing and logistics operations with responsibility for supporting multiple countries with more than half a billion in sales. This position is responsible for driving collaboration across Supply Chain, to deliver efficiency and maximise value - ensuring the business is best positioned to maintain global logistics and supply performance, high quality service levels, ensure continuity of supply and manage the capacity planning to smooth production variance. What you'll be doing Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy while continuously looking for ways to improve and optimise SC processes, establishing supply chain as a competitive advantage. Lead Group SOP process and on-going development to ensure alignment and transparency of future business projections. Oversee forecasting to optimise supply, protect business continuity and ensure the group can meet or exceed customer expectations. Recommend and or develop tools to support the business for improved transparency of future demand opportunities. Ensure demand is managed to drive a level of consistency across a 12-month period for a stabilised operations environment, for improved cost management efficiency and guarantee of supply. Evaluate and determine appropriate finished goods inventory levels against plan, while managing exceptions as needed in order to meet or exceed finished goods inventory targets. Play a central role leading the interface and collaboration between sales and operations. Proactively inform and influence investment decisions to ensure the Group investment profile is in line with projected requirements, to ensure future capacity in line with projected supply requirements. Ensure that the Groups global logistics and warehousing functions deliver commercial value, and meet continuously evolving standards for DIFOT, safety and quality. Provide leadership to ensure a strong positive culture with engagement across all levels of supply chain and developing leaders for the future. What we're looking for Proven expertise in orchestrating a global supply chain process for a high volume manufacturing organisation with a complex SKU portfolio. Significant (ideally 10+ years) experience working in the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of ERP systems and forecasting technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies. Excellent project management and change management capabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field. Advanced proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
