As a Relationship Manager, your specific focus is on creating and maintaining outstanding relationships with our Customers and Referrers as part of Westpac’s Home Loan Partnerships team. With full portfolio management, you’ll look after any lending and credit requirements while making the most of any opportunities to help grow and protect the wealth of our customers. Key to your success in this role will be your strengths in lending along with your passion for creating “moments that matter” for our new and long-term Westpac clients and referrers. To be successful in the role, you will possess previous experience in home lending and the ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced lending environment. The Partnership Relationship Manager is the key conduit for our clients and our referrers. You will continue to develop your lending/credit skills and deliver above and beyond your customers’ expectations for good service. You will bring your customer-centric mindset coupled with exceptional communication skills. In addition, you will thrive in a fast-paced team environment. What’s it like to work there?
