Guest Experience Attendant - Intencity Marion Apply now Job no: 502382Work type: Casual / Temp The Intencity Story Intencity opened its first Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in 1995 and was wholly acquired by Village Roadshow Limited in 1999. We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks. Intencity can be found in 5 locations along the East Coast of Australia (including Adelaide and Tasmania), as well as over 60 game foyer locations. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize, and skill tester games that appeal to children, teenagers, and adults alike. About the Role: Reporting into the Location Manager, you will deliver customer service to the highest possible standard and perform duties associated with the operation of an entertainment complex. Key Accountabilities include: Always providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers through recommendations, upselling, and general inquiries. General duties, including accurate cash handling and reporting. Cleaning of games, floors, and maintaining store presentation and hygiene levels in all areas, including back of house. Queue management, including floor patrol and crowd control. Hosting of group bookings, Supersessions, and parties. Correcting minor games faults in accordance with training/competency level and reporting faults that require a technician. Other duties as specified by your manager. What you can bring to the role: Excellent personal presentation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional cash handling skills. Ability to work alone and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
