The Banyans Healthcare is looking for a Guest Services Team Member —a key role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience for guests on their journey to recovery. As a Guest Services Team Member , you will be at the heart of our guests’ experience, working closely with medical professionals, clinical staff, and external providers to coordinate top-tier recovery programs. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver exceptional guest care by ensuring a smooth and supportive experience before, during, and after their stay. Coordinate clinical services alongside our expert team, ensuring seamless scheduling and program adjustments. Engage with guests through administrative tasks such as inductions, feedback collection, and program reviews. Create a welcoming environment that fosters recovery, dignity, and comfort for our guests. Manage logistics for guest appointments, activities, and consultations. Maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality in patient records and processes. About You You are the ideal candidate if you: Have experience in administration within mental health, addiction, or healthcare services . Are a compassionate and professional individual who thrives in guest-facing roles. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both guests and staff. Are highly organised and proactive , capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Have strong IT skills and experience with platforms like Slack, Best Practice, or Podio. Hold relevant qualifications and certifications, including First Aid & CPR, a Blue Card, and a valid driver’s licence .
