As a full-time or casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality hair styling services within our vibrant salon environment. What you'll be doing Providing professional haircutting, colouring, and styling services to clients Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and hygienic salon Assisting senior stylists and apprentices with various tasks as required Engaging with customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills What we're looking for Formal hairdressing qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing or we will train you in an apprenticeship Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the hair and beauty industry Proficiency in using various hairdressing tools and techniques Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills What we offer At Stylz Franchising, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team.
