The Salon by Abbey Hair is looking for an experienced Hairdresser to join our growing hair salon on the Gold Coast. About the role As the successful candidate, your duties as a Hairdresser will include but not be limited to: Providing a wide array of hair treatments (incl. foils, balayage, blow-drying and straightening etc.) Preparing stations, towels and capes for client services Prescribing in-salon & after-salon hair care + sales of other retail products Maintaining a tidy environment with daily and weekly salon cleaning Managing other staff members where needed (for qualified Hairdressers ) Driving business growth through building/maintaining client relationships. About you To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Full Australian working rights essential (we sadly cannot provide sponsorship at this time ) Min. Cert 3 in Hairdressing or higher essential Previous hair salon experience highly preferred Ability to work alone and as part of our team A passion for all things hairstyling!
