About the role Within the VBA’s Regulatory Operations Division, the Head of Licensing and Registration oversees the strategic management and operational delivery of licensing and registration functions. Leading back-of-house processing in support of the VBA’s broader digital transformation, this role ensures the VBA maintains its position as a trusted and customer-centric regulator during a significant period of development. With a focus on continuous improvement, the Head of Licensing and Registration develops and implements frameworks to support high-performing teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure legislative compliance. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and industry partners, the role delivers strategic business plans, operational reporting, and solutions to emerging challenges, enhancing the consumer experience and supporting the VBA’s long-term objectives. About you A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, you have proven experience building high-performing teams, driving professional development, and building a culture of continuous improvement with diverse workforces.
