Description We are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner (ACT/VIC) (working out of Mitchell, ACT) to join our aspiring national HR team on a 12 month Parental Leave appointment as we embark on driving value added change to support the company’s growth and expansion plans. What We Need Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee and industrial relations, driving HR initiatives, and most of all, having fun. Some of the must-have experiences include: Extensive experience in HR Management, with a strong focus on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR). Solid understanding of HR Operations and processes. Proven experience using HR systems, preferably Employment Hero. Engaging through strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Influencing through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Utilising experience in project and change management, and organisational skills. Acting with emotional intelligence and empathy, and thinking strategically. What You’ll Do As our HR Business Partner, you will: Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, team cohesion, productivity and overall workplace culture. Work with managers to forecast staffing needs, particularly for peak seasons. Work with the broader HR Team to identify and prepare for major organisational change. Through effective coaching and support, drive performance and behaviours. Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for prospective, new and existing employees. Support managers in monitoring achievement of KPIs and proactively address any performance or engagement issues.
