As we embark on the next stage of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a sport and fitness enthusiast to join our team to support our sport and wellness businesses and drive performance, employee engagement, and organisational success. Reporting to the Head of People and Purpose, you will work closely with the Head of Sport and Wellness and leaders within the sports teams to implement people initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for delivering key HR projects, providing expert advice, and supporting managers in all aspects of people leadership. Your role will entail a broad range of responsibilities including advising on employment matters, supporting and coaching leaders on HR best practice, assisting leaders understand employment regulatory requirements, looking for opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative practice, and supporting the business through complex people management matters. To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partnering role, providing strategic and operational HR support in a fast-paced environment, ideally a sporting environment. You will be a natural problem solver, skilled in navigating complex HR matters while influencing and building relationships across all levels of the business.
