We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative and clerical support to our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and HR functions while managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting overall HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job ads, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding. Develop position descriptions, job advertisements, and interview guides aligned with business needs. Build relationships with business managers, recruitment agencies, and training providers to source qualified talent. Utilise job boards, social media, and other channels to attract top talent. Coordinate employee inductions, ensuring completion of mandatory training and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding documentation (contracts, compliance forms). Monitor employee training programs, ensuring completion of mandatory training. Assist in creating and maintaining employee agreements (contracts, variations). Maintain up-to-date employee documentation in compliance with policies and legislation. Provide general HR administrative support (records management, employee inquiries). Assist HR Team Leader with employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Support audits and record-keeping with the Corporate Services team. Prepare meeting rooms, take minutes, and provide meeting support. Coordinate health monitoring appointments while ensuring confidentiality. Support recruitment process by liaising with hiring managers, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Ensure accurate entry of new employees into the system and maintain records. Contribute to HR initiatives with continuous improvement suggestions. About You: Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related field. Relevant tertiary qualifications or working experience in procurement or a related field. Proven experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle and working within HR functions. Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external providers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in HR software and systems (experience with Mango Profile is a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
