About the role Ensure the systems are operating as expected, monitor and report upon the health of HR technology solutions. Log and manage the resolution of incidents. Provide support and expert advice to HR technology users. Perform analysis to troubleshoot system and interface issues and/or identify change impacts. Provide recommendations to support business requirements. Plan and coordinate upgrade activities, including delivery of small enhancements and defect fixes. Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders such as technology teams (local and global), Business Owners, and external providers. Support and monitor new and existing system integration within the HR technology ecosystem and peripheral information systems. Maintain and ensure the ongoing suitability of role security profiles and associated permissions. Work with the stakeholders to ensure availability of quality HR data. Perform other system administration activities as required. About you Demonstrated evidence of technology proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools within a large organisation. Ideally SuccessFactors, Preceda/other payroll system or ServiceNow. Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable analytical solutions with key business stakeholders. Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to resolve issues that may arise when managing a system. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries, and service providers.
