We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting an HR Systems Specialist. As the HR Systems Specialist, you will act as the HR SME for the ongoing implementation of HR and Safety systems, managing configuration, security administration, report writing, and system optimisation. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional dependencies between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, as well as providing support to other HR team members to drive system and process excellence. In your new role, you will : Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems and technology, collaborating with IT and users to recommend and implement functional solutions. Manage requests for process improvements and system enhancements, and formulate recommendations for the development or purchase of new software applications. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and business process quality, actively identifying and resolving issues for enhanced user experience. Develop and document HRIS business process workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Partner with stakeholders to address HRIS-related issues, enhancements, and queries, translating functional requirements into technical specifications. Administer ad hoc report writing tools for end users, providing training and assistance as needed. Communicate technical issues in a clear and understandable manner to internal customers. ABOUT YOU You are an innovative and hands-on HRIS expert with experience in managing end-to-end HRIS implementations and ongoing system maintenance. Experience in UKG Kronos, Figtree Safety Systems and Power BI would be an advantage. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with your ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, empower you to deliver optimal solutions that meet business needs. To be successful, you will : Gain and retain all police / security clearances required within our industry. Pass any required health assessments. Work within immigration centres as needed. Travel both interstate and overseas to meet business demands. Provide proof of double vaccination against Covid-19 with a vaccine recognised in Australia. Undergo alcohol and drug testing as required by the business.
