What You'll Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Define project scope and contribute to process mapping, ensuring seamless integration of the Elmo HRIS. Work closely with teams to analyse business processes, procedures, and user needs, ensuring system solutions align with business requirements. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in HRIS implementations. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to identify and define opportunities to streamline and improve business processes. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups. A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for problem-solving and meeting project deadlines. Experience with HRIS payroll modules and knowledge of Australian Payroll legislation is highly desirable. While ELMO experience is a plus, we encourage applications from candidates with experience in other HRIS platforms. A willingness to learn ELMO quickly is essential.
