The HRIS Specialist works within a small team and provides high-quality analytical and support services to CAA's customers through the administration of our key HR information systems. You will have a passion for customer service, be agile and proactive, have the drive to innovate and be willing to learn new things. This role is designed for someone eager to learn, curious about technology, and looking for a hands-on environment where you can grow your skills in both IT and business processes. Further Information On 1 November 2024, the Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group (QGCDG) transitioned from the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) to the newly established Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (DCSODSFB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. As a result, this position will continue to be part of QGCDG but will no longer be part of DTMR.
