Recruitment Team Manager | Recruiting Experts in Policy & Strategy Your new company Our state government client located in Perth CBD is looking for a HRIS Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a 6-month short-term contract with the possibility of extension. Your new role Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Generate and analyse HR reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality. Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities. Ensure compliance with relevant public sector regulations and policies. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in the public sector is essential. Proficiency in HRIS system Ascender. Strong knowledge and experience in payroll processing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
