About the Role: Design & Build are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team for high-profile commercial, retail, and residential projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects valued from $30 million to over $200 million, contributing to some of Queensland’s most significant developments. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures across various project sites. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations. Provide training and support to staff on health, safety, and environmental practices. Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and report on HSE performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment. Benefits: Competitive salary.
