Are you a dedicated HSE Advisor with a passion for safety and experience in civil construction? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading civil construction company working on a high-profile defense base project. This role offers a unique FIFO roster of 15 days on and 6 days off, providing the perfect balance between work and home life.Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide training and support to staff on HSE best practices. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety. Qualifications: 3+ Years experience as an HSE Advisor in the civil construction industry. Previous experience working on defense base projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
