This site-based role will predominantly be located at the Clarinda SRLA Project , with occasional travel to our recycling facilities in Clayton, Epping, and Laverton North to support these sites and their teams. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for: Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing practical controls to continuously improve safety standards across our sites and operations. Investigating incidents, documenting findings, and reporting on corrective actions. Reviewing and advising on risks based on company policies and industry standards. Collaborating with all stakeholders to foster and maintain a strong safety culture. Reviewing and ensuring the effectiveness of traffic management plans. Conducting control checks and ensuring compliance. Engaging with the local community to promote safety initiatives and compliance. Your Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Proven experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within the construction or civil industries. Exposure to manufacturing, maintenance, mining, quarrying, or transport. Experience with HSEQ management system development, implementation, maintenance, and auditing. A hands-on, collaborative approach to work. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or qualification as a Lead Investigator (ICAM or similar) would be an added advantage.
