Join a well renowned Tier 1 HVAC contractor who are in a period of growth after landing new projects. Upcoming projects include data centres, commercial/ industrial, and metro projects up to the value of $20m.What your day looks like: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets. Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication. Ensure site safety practices are upheld, including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments. About you: 5+ years HVAC Site Management experience in Australia Ideally have experience working for a Tier 1 HVAC contractor or high end Tier 2. Ideally have strong experience on large scale projects in the commercial, data centres and metro space.
