The incredible opportunity As a Hardware Test Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive tests to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of Myriota’s products. You will collaborate closely with our Design and Manufacturing teams, to ensure that products are designed and built to meet the highest quality standards. This role is based in Adelaide. How you will drive success: End-to-End System Testing Develop and document comprehensive test plans to ensure products meet all key customer requirements before release, with clear processes, protocols, and defined pass/fail criteria. Ensure test plans are fully documented for easy reference. Perform testing on sample products according to the developed test plans, capturing results in detailed reports. Ensure results are clearly documented, with a summary of the overall test status shared with design and product teams for timely feedback. Manufacturing Test Development & Implementation Conduct DFT analysis, participate in DFMEA & PFMEA activities, and develop test specifications for manufacturing testers. Ensure manufacturing tester specifications are clearly documented, and all verification/validation plans are executed and reported. Manufacturing Quality Assurance Perform quality audits of contract manufacturers (CMs) and their products, including Cpk analysis of test results to measure consistency. Ensure audit reports are kept up to date, and Cpk analysis is performed on each manufacturing batch for quality assurance. What we value in you: Degree in Electronics Engineering (or similar) At least 5 years experience in test plan development & report generation, electronics product manufacturing and DFMEA processes Exposure to electronic design (using Altium or similar) and firmware development for test purposes Proficient in soldering and solder inspection Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.) Experience with RF testing and/or Regulatory/EMC Compliance experience is desirable High attention to detail Why Myriota stands out: Driven by Purpose: Our mission creates meaningful impacts for both individuals and the planet.
