Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing IT teams, focusing on collaboration, service delivery, and effective communication, driving team success. Project Management: Manage projects related to IT services, ensuring timely completion, meeting business requirements, and delivering results. Reporting and Compliance: Document processes, procedures, and incident reports clearly and thoroughly, ensuring consistency and compliance, maintaining accurate records. Requirements: Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously, achieving productivity and efficiency. Experience in Education Sector: Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple sites, ideally within the education sector, applying knowledge and skills. Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong expertise in network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure, protecting against threats and vulnerabilities. Microsoft and Google Certifications: Experience with Microsoft (Azure AD/integrations), Google (Workspaces administration/integrations), Cloudfare, and JAMF services, leveraging technology to drive success.
