Leading a team of IT professionals, you will support and develop your team while fostering a genuine customer-centric approach. About the Opportunity: This is a non-technical leadership-focused role that oversees both project and BAU activities while building a high-performance culture. While leveraging ICT expertise is essential, it is not the primary focus of this position.
