A strategic leader is required to oversee the planning, management, and execution of Information Technology services across multiple campuses. Key Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Manage I.T operations across multiple sites, ideally within the education sector. Liaise with teams to deliver effective communication and collaboration. Document processes, procedures, and incident reports clearly and thoroughly. Implement and manage network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and I.T infrastructure. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in managing I.T operations in a dynamic environment. Proven track record in change management and strong people management capabilities. Excellent organisational and time management skills with task prioritisation.
