Join BluePrint Medical as the Head of Operations and Risk. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and risk management of our growing Recruitment Agency based in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial part in driving the strategic objectives of the company and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. What you'll be doing Lead and manage the operational activities of the two companies BluePrint Medical & BluePrint Nursing Lead risk management strategies across the recruitment portfolio Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure the company remains compliant and resilient across all states and territories in Australia Take hold of risk mitigation across operational, financial, regulatory and reputational risk Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimize workflows and enhance productivity Analyse key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the leadership team Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the operations department What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior operations or risk management role, preferably within the healthcare industry or a recruitment, staffing or labour hire environment Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and risk management frameworks Experience in managing recruitment processes, labour hire contracts and service delivery Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive operational improvements Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in contractual tender writing is desired but not necessary What we offer At BluePrint Medical, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment for our employees.
