In addition to the general selection criteria, Proven ability to assess and respond to students' evolving wellbeing needs, developing proactive interventions that contribute to an inclusive, supportive, and positive school environment. Highly Skilled in managing and guiding the wellbeing team, fostering a collaborative approach with evidence of impact to cohort-specific intervention programs that address attendance, behavioural, and academic support needs. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead professional learning (PL) sessions for staff, focusing on strategies that enhance student wellbeing and engagement. Experience in establishing and maintaining connections with outside agencies to support student wellbeing, mental health, and other relevant services. **General Selection Criteria**1.
