What you will do As the Head of Autonomous Operations you will: Collaborate with customers, business development teams and local sales organizations to map and analyze customer-specific needs, objectives, and challenges. Design and deploy tailored solutions, integrating them into customer infrastructure including training, onboarding and change management. Lead operational testing and optimization and drive continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations. Oversee deployments, ensuring plans are executed flawlessly with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Bridge technical integration, coordinating with R&D, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless hardware and software configuration. Provide 24/7 first-line support, addressing customer needs with a proactive approach. Build and develop a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation in customer success. The role is part of our Global Autonomous Deployment and Operations team at Scania and TRATON level. Who you are Proven expertise in operational leadership with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions. Experience of advanced technical support is meriting. A strategic mindset with ability to drive customer-focused innovation and operational efficiency. Exceptional skills in team building, leadership, managing direct reports, matrix reports and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding in autonomous technologies and their application in customer operations.
