We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand & Digital to lead our team, ensuring our mission and values resonate with our community and stakeholders.Role Overview: The Head of Brand & Digital is responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy and communication efforts for Sunnyfield. This role will enhance our reputation, build community awareness, and foster meaningful connections through inclusive, accessible, and empowering content, marketing, and messaging. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our purpose and values. Lead strategic initiatives in business development, brand partnerships, and content marketing. Brand Governance: Manage brand governance frameworks, ensuring consistent delivery of the brand's identity across all channels. Content Marketing & Campaign Management: Lead the Design and Content teams to create innovative content marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and support fundraising efforts. Public Relations: Develop and implement a PR strategy to enhance Sunnyfield’s market presence and community engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key advisor to the Executive and Leadership Teams. Commercial Management: Monitor brand perception and awareness, using data to drive initiatives that strengthen our identity and presence. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
