Crown Resorts is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Group Head of Culture & Engagement. Position Overview As theHead of Culture & Engagement , you will be the architect of Crown’s cultural evolution. This is an exciting time to join an iconic brand at the forefront of the hospitality and entertainment industry. You will lead and implement a dynamic, integrated Culture & Engagement strategy that aligns with our business goals and propels us towards growth. You'll be at the helm of our culture transformation program, collaborating with senior leaders, the CEO, and external stakeholders to drive meaningful change and shape the future culture of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Partner with key stakeholders to assess current culture and lead the development and implementation of Crown’s future culture strategy ensuring alignment with overarching goals. Lead and oversee all strategic organisation-wide culture change programs and initiatives, ensuring effective project management. Engage with the CEO, External Partners, Executives, and Senior Leaders to ensure alignment and secure their commitment to the culture transformation. Identify and deliver methods and tools for gathering employee feedback, including periodic employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and continuous listening technologies/ platforms. Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, legislation and policies. Key Requirements: Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Culture & Organisational Development. Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders. Degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (postgraduate or Master’s degree is a plus). Qualifications An undergraduate degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field is essential. A postgraduate degree is desirable.
