An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and innovative Head of Department (Secondary) with a focus on Teaching and Learning at Townsville State High School.As Head of Department - Teaching and Learning you will lead the development of staff capacity in line with school and departmental initiatives, participate in delivering the vision of State Schools Division and develop the quality of teaching and learning at Townsville State High School.This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis, from Term 2 2025 until end of Term 3 2025, unless otherwise determined.About The Department Of Education The Department of Education is dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the community and schools we support by treating everyone with respect and dignity.
