We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic finance leader to join our team and drive high-impact global initiatives. As Financial Controller, you will work directly with the leadership team and Board, providing deep financial insights through data-driven analysis and ensuring executional excellence across financial operations. You will lead key strategic projects that are integral to fueling The Volte’s growth, from financial planning and capital management to compliance and operational efficiencies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial & Accounting Operations Own and oversee all day-to-day accounting functions, including monthly, half-yearly, and annual closing processes. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed monthly, maintaining 100% integrity of financials. Manage AP/AR, cash management, financial reporting, and working capital optimization. Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment to support decision-making. Strategic Planning & Execution Own, lead, and execute high-impact global initiatives aligned with The Volte’s strategic priorities. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial and business performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business-wide alignment on financial goals and reporting. Tax & HR Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting obligations. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Lead the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with indirect taxes (e.g., GST). Develop and maintain group taxation policies in collaboration with tax advisors. Work closely with C-level executives and leadership to shape and drive key business strategies. Provide financial insights to support market expansion, pricing strategies, and cost optimization. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial models to track business performance. Demonstrate leadership potential with a pathway toward a future P&L leadership role. What It Takes CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise and commercial awareness. Proven experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and execution. Highly analytical, with strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and process automation. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
