ABOUT THE ROLE As a key executive team member, you’ll lead and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate major donors, secure grants, and drive philanthropic growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO, COO, and Board to develop long-term funding sustainability for NJP. WHAT YOU WILL DO Achieve and grow annual fundraising targets Develop donor engagement and retention strategies Secure and manage major gifts, trusts, and foundations Lead a small team, including fundraising and Salesforce admins Work closely with the communications team on digital giving ABOUT YOU Proven success in major gifts and philanthropy Minimum 3 years’ experience working in fundraising or philanthropy specialising in Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills Experience in grant writing and donor stewardship Passionate about social justice and human rights After an impactful decade, the National Justice Project is at a very exciting stage of development.
