Head of Growth Marketing - Fintech Scale Up A career defining opportunity to join a fintech scale up and lead their Growth Marketing. You'll be responsible for marketing a revolutionary financial product from the ground up. With a core focus on Growth, you'll be attracting, onboarding, engaging, and retaining customers while fostering loyalty, advocacy, and trust in the brand. You will be an experienced marketer with a track record of success in building and growing products and brands in Australia, either with a start/scale up or in a digital marketing or agency role. You flourish in fast-moving and agile environments and while you're probably an experienced manager and leader, you're excited about being hands-on initially as you devise, implement, and evaluate acquisition and growth plans. You are strategically strong, entrepreneurial, resourceful, adaptable, and analytical. You must have full rights to work in Australia.
