My client is a leading international insurer that is experiencing growth across its Australian portfolio. The newly created role of Head of Partnerships will see you responsible for: Leading a team of high performing senior account managers and account managers in South Australia Building strategic relationships with core insurance partners which include banks/credit unions/automotive car dealers and other partners Developing new opportunities with new partners Achieving growth from existing partners Developing strategic relationships at key levels within all partners Developing solutions and initiatives that will assist partners grow their business You will need to be able to demonstrate: Leadership in a sales/account management environment Experience of working with 3rd party partners to drive results Consumer insurance products understanding (desirable but not essential) A proven track record in driving strong sales growth and building strategic relationships People management, developing, coaching, mentoring Proven history in delivering solutions to 3rd party relationships that produce results An ability to operate at various levels up to and including executive Financial Services, Insurance or Automotive experience will be highly regarded You will be rewarded with: An excellent base salary, super and bonus scheme A hybrid working environment Ongoing career development and opportunity A great team and manager A high-profile brand that is associated with excellence If you are considering your next career opportunity and meet the above criteria, please apply now or call Paul on 0419 093 518 for more information on this excellent opportunity.
