Joining the business at a senior level, with close engagement with the senior executives, this role will encourage you to use your commercial and entrepreneurial skills to full effect. The role This role represents a rare opportunity for an astute senior level lawyer with strong legal, commercial and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior executives in the business to produce nimble and commercially savvy legal advice. Suited to a front-end lawyer, with demonstrated property, construction or commercial experience, you will advise on acquisitions and investments, developments and leasing, negotiate contracts, brief out disputes and manage external providers, and give pro-active advice. What you will need In addition to sound legal skills and quality commercial experience, you will bring enthusiasm and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in achieving commercial objectives. Suited to lawyers who back themselves and have roughly 8-15 years of experience gained in a quality commercial firm or in-house team.
