Positioned for significant growth, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing and communications strategy for a business on the rise. The Role As the Head of Marketing and Communications , you will drive the development and execution of the firm’s marketing and communications strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by a direct report (to be appointed by you), this role offers autonomy, the ability to shape the brand’s direction, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans in collaboration with the Managing Director. Leading investor communications, from strategy development to implementation. Driving PR and media efforts to enhance brand visibility across multiple channels. Overseeing content creation for the website and digital marketing initiatives. Managing relationships with external agency partners and ensuring effective collaboration. Monitoring and reporting on marketing and communications KPIs to inform strategic decisions. Managing the annual marketing and communications budget with the Managing Director. About You You will bring: 5–10+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience. Experience in Private Credit/ Non-bank Lending in Property, Property Investment, or Property Funds Management (essential). Proven expertise in strategic marketing and communications, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Tertiary qualifications (preferred). Exceptional initiative, organizational skills, and decisiveness. A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with excellent time management and follow-through skills. What’s on Offer Salary : Up to $240,000 Package + Bonus (commensurate with experience). Flexibility : 8:30am–5:00pm or 7:30am–4:30pm.
