ABOUT THE ROLE As the Head of Marketing for Cotton On Womenswear this is the ultimate role for an experienced Marketeer who is creative and inspirational. This role will see you own the marketing brand strategy, delivering an exciting brand story across the marketing and creative channels - protecting the brand DNA and ensuring Cotton On continues to be a fashion destination. There is an amazingly creative team already in place and this role will provide strategic leadership and support across the Creative, Marketing and Store Experience teams. It is essential you love what you do, are exceptional at building relationships, can link your crazy creative ideas and campaigns to the commercial goals and bring your team along for the ride. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous Senior Marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team of Marketing and Creative professionals. Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels. Passion for driving innovation; inspiring the team to think “what’s next?” Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. An engaging and supportive leadership approach.
