Oversee product and service marketing efforts, working closely with sales, product, and business development teams. Manage external and internal communications, including media relations, public affairs, and digital presence. Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team. Establish key performance indicators to measure success and continuously optimize strategy. About You: Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications leadership role. Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to craft compelling narratives. Strong track record in brand building, digital marketing, and public relations. Ability to work across commercial and defence sectors, with a keen understanding of audience segmentation. Collaborative leadership style and ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Experience in the Defence and Space industry is a plus but not essential.
