From early beginnings, MoveActive has grown to be leaders in their domain, with wholesale and retail customers across 30+ countries, and with 50% YoY growth. They have a team of 20+ employees and they’re pushing towards an 8 figure turnover. They have products that are loved, and a following that will inspire and they’re now looking for a Head of Marketing and Growth to support their global expansion.The Role New Market Entry. Global Growth Marketing & Sales Strategies. And bringing this to life through Brand, Community and Engagement, Partnerships and Sales Enablement.You will join a *stellar* team with impressive eComm and Retail pedigree, to really take this already successful business to the next stage of their growth. There’ll be variety, strategy, huge ambitions to contribute to, and leading and inspiring a team. There are still things that need to be worked out, in a very flat and nimble structure. Sounds like fun?Key Responsibilities By continuing to grow their core market in Australia and New Zealand by aligning Sales and Brand strategies: who are our customers, how are they defined, how do we engage and continue to drive the momentum in a mature market and customer base. By accelerating the growth of MoveActive in new markets and territories: Think the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Defining, and building a brand and raising awareness. Knowing the markets and the nuances that exist within them, the customers and their purchasing behaviours. Leading the sales function and driving lead generation programs and strategies to acquire new wholesale customers and enhance the customer journey. This will include partnerships, affiliates and leading Account Based sales and marketing activities for key accounts. Through product marketing and promotions, and knowing how to trade *really well*. What platforms to invest in and why. What levers can we pull when sales have dropped or categories are dipping? You’ll be intimate with driving sales, and being super close to the numbers to deliver on this, and come with a strategy on how you will move the needle in the right direction. By building an authentic Community Engagement strategy that will support pilates and yoga studios and owners, the community and members within them, and build brand affinity, advocacy and trust. What You Bring to The Role If you’re a proven Growth Marketing Leader, with eCommerce and Retail/FMCG experience and want to run towards this opportunity and relish in the challenge and the enormity of it, then we’re over half way there. You’ve taken a local brand and expanded globally before, and you’ve experienced the challenges of scaling and growth firsthand. You’re T shaped, you’re commercial, you will have worked closely with senior leaders in growth marketing strategies, and you care *deeply* about your customers and CX. You’re data and insights driven, just as much as you are creative and you can talk to deep experience in brand strategy, growth marketing, customer acquisition and retention. You can continue to think of new ways to create a movement and a following of their brand that people value and really want to be a part of.What’s In It For You?
