Healthcare Management has embarked on a program to evolve how healthcare is delivered towards delivering personalised, radically simple, and relevant experiences for customers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team in an operational leadership role at Bupa. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, managing people, and delivering continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This role provides ownership of monitoring and reporting on network performance, driving continuous improvement uplift and oversight of some key project initiatives. What will my day involve? Lead and manage operational teams, ensuring the smooth execution of processes, administrative tasks, contract management, and background support. Drive efficiency programs by evaluating and streamlining existing processes to eliminate waste and increase overall operational efficiency. Promote continuous improvement across all functions, ensuring alignment with Bupa’s strategic objectives. Leverage Bupa's network of hospitals and medical professionals (GPs, specialists) to enhance the value of the network and explore new opportunities for growth. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and strategy. Manage internal stakeholders effectively, bringing together teams and promoting collaboration across departments. Engage with the analytics team to leverage data for meaningful insights and informed decision-making. Prepare executive-ready presentations and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. In collaboration with the leadership team, champion and drive engagement and culture uplift initiatives to support a high-performance team culture. What will I bring? Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams and driving operational change. Passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Proactive in driving continuous improvement and optimizing operational performance. Solid understanding of market and competitor analysis. Exceptional written and presentation skills and the ability to convert data into insight and prepare compelling, persuasive reports and presentations suitable for executive and board level content. Excellent stakeholder management (internal/external) and ability to build strong business relationships at a senior level. Strong program/project management skills, with a proven track record in delivery of sizeable business projects.
